Dolichos have always BEAN the fan favourite!

Dolichos beans are mostly grown as green pods and fresh beans across the country. Dolichos dry beans are also utilized as a nutritious pulse crop, either whole or in Dal form. Fresh green pods and fresh beans are high in protein (3.8–4.3%), carbohydrate (6.9%), minerals, and are low in fat. They also contain vitamin A (325 IU), vitamin B, and vitamin C. They’re high in dietary fibre and work well as a laxative.
